OVERVIEW
BONHED accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items only.
All products are made to order. Returns are limited to specific issues outlined below.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Returns are accepted only if the item(s):
- Is the wrong item received (not ordered)
- Is the wrong size received due to a fulfillment error
- Has a manufacturing defect
- Has a printing error
- Arrived damaged during shipping
Proof of purchase and photo evidence are required.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
RETURN REQUEST PROCESS
To request a return:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Email support@bonhed.com
- Include your order number and a description of the issue
- Attach clear photos if applicable
Do not return items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
REFUNDS
Once an approved return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are available, at the sole discretion of BONHED. and only for eligible return reasons and are subject to product availability
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. BONHED is not responsible for items lost in transit during a return shipment.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos. A replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
BONHED is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
Once an order has shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED
If tracking shows the package was marked as delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Verify the shipping address provided at checkout
- Contact the carrier directly to file a claim
Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for packages marked as delivered.
PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier:
- Contact support@bonhed.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date
- We may assist with a carrier claim
- At our sole discretion, a replacement or refund may be issued
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
GIFTS
Refunds for gifted items are issued to the original purchaser.
